RMI students are recognized at Honors Day Convocation

Two risk management and insurance students were recognized during this year’s Honors Day Convocation ceremony. Students with the highest GPAs and top students participating in organizations are recognized at this event. One student a year per program is bestowed this award for exceptional academic performance, exemplary leadership, and involvement in a multitude of extracurricular organizations.

Katie Cole

Katie Cole, a senior double majoring in finance and banking and risk management and insurance earned the position of the top risk management and insurance student. Katie is heavily involved in the AppRISE research cohort and was included on the Bowden Investment Group Chancellor's List for five consecutive semesters. 

Bailey Siner

Bailey Siner, a senior majoring in risk management and insurance and minoring in employee benefits, was granted the Pruett Award for outstanding RMI graduate. Bailey is the President of Gamma Iota Sigma, a professional fraternity of students entering the insurance, risk management, and actuarial science industries.
