AppState GIS Vice-President Attends In2Risk Conference

Junior RMI student Brooke Gruber earned her opportunity to attend the In2Risk Conference in San Francisco this week by receiving the In2Risk Student Program Scholarship. The junior GIS Vice-President was one of only twenty students to earn the scholarship which covered her registration and accommodations and helped to subsidize her other travel expenses to attend the California conference.

The CPCU’s annual In2Risk conference focuses on the latest trends and innovations in the industry. Over 1,500 attendees gathered in San Francisco for the occasion. Gruber wanted to express her gratitude to CPCU, saying “the In2Risk Conference in San Francisco this year was incredible! The days were filled with incredible Keynote speakers, informational sessions, networking, and much more. I was able to meet and learn from some awesome people and make some great friends along the way. Thank you!"
