Overview
The Building Insurance Talent (BIT) program is designed to help students from underrepresented backgrounds—including, but not limited to individuals who identify as women, members of the lgbtq+ community, veterans, students with physical or learning differences, and students of color—explore a career in risk management and insurance and connect them with resources and a supportive community. Lunch and Learn sessions will take place on Fridays, 12:30-1:15 pm for three weeks in September (16th, 23rd, and 30th) and will include professional development, networking, and educational events. The program will culminate with a trip to NYC over fall break, October 15-18, where students will have the opportunity to do several company visits and explore the Big Apple.
