Insurance Symposium
Key Issues in Auto Insurance and Driver Safety
March 23rd, 2012
The goals of the Brantley Risk & Insurance Center at Appalachian State University include assisting the industry in the design and delivery of continuing education programs and to help educate the public as to the role of insurance in modern life. In order to meet these goals the Center presented the 2008 Insurance Symposium on Coastal Insurance Issues and the 2010 Insurance Symposium on Workers’ Compensation.
This year we have joined forces with the faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to present the 2012 Insurance Symposium “Key Issues in Auto Insurance and Driver Safety.” Topics will include automobile insurance, teen driving safety programs, vehicle safety research, fraud investigation and the increased use of technology in insurance pricing and claims investigation.
This course is filed for 3 hours of Continuing Education
Registration begins at 8:00 am on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The meeting is in the Student Union and parking is in the adjacent Union Deck.
